Payouts

Payouts are processed using UPI payment providers , using UPI IDs provided by the user.

Payout failures will be addressed ONLY if the user raises a complaint by sending email to daydreamers0423@gmai.com

Payout delays or technical issues occurred beyond the ShooliniAI App will not be addressed by us.

User can prosecute us for delay in payout or payout failures in the court of law as the Money is generated within the App by user activity.

As a user you agree to share the correct and valid and authentic UPI address to which the payout will be done and User's UPI ID will be shared with UPI service providers

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with Third Party API service providers, payment processors, and legal authorities when required.

Any of the ShooliniAI app functionality can fail or error out or may not work as intended , We may work to resolve it , right to resolve bugs is solely on us and there is no timelines to fix the issue, And user do not have any say in this except user can choose to report the issue.

Skill-Based Platform

This app is a skill-based quiz platform and not a gambling or betting application.

Rewards

• India: Cash equivalent rewards (subject to rules)
• Others: Virtual coins only (no monetary value)
• 60-day redemption cycle ONLY for India users (subject to change without notice)

Payouts

India users must provide correct UPI ID. We are not responsible for incorrect entries or bank failures.

Anti-Cheating

• No bots, scripts, or automation
• No multiple account abuse
• No exploiting bugs or loopholes
• No unfair advantage techniques

Violation may result in account suspension, reward cancellation, and permanent ban.

State & Regional Restrictions

Access may be restricted in regions where such services are regulated or prohibited. Users are responsible for compliance with local laws.

Contest Rules

• Each quiz has a defined start time and duration
• Winners are determined based on accuracy and speed
• Tie-breaking is based on fastest completion time or system logic
• Any cheating leads to disqualification
• All decisions by the app are final and binding
• By participating, users agree that ranking calculations, scoring methods, and outcomes are final and cannot be challenged, except where required by applicable law
• No disputes, claims, or complaints regarding quiz results, rankings, or rewards will be entertained, except where mandated by applicable law
• By using the app, users waive the right to raise disputes related to live quizzes or contest outcomes, to the maximum extent permitted by law

AI Tools & Content Disclaimer

• AI-generated outputs (images, videos, OCR results) may be inaccurate or incomplete
• Users should not rely on AI outputs for critical decisions
• We do not guarantee correctness, quality, or originality of AI outputs
• Users are responsible for content they upload or generate

AI Image Editing & Uploads

• Users may upload images for AI editing or enhancement
• By uploading, you confirm you have rights to use the content
• We are not responsible for misuse of edited or generated images
• Do not upload illegal, copyrighted, or sensitive personal content without permission

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for losses, delays, incorrect payouts, AI inaccuracies, or service interruptions.

Only YOU are responsible for any content you generated using The ShooliniAI App,Use content responsibly , do not misuse the content or use it illegally, WE are not liable to be prosecuted before law.

Service Changes

We may modify or discontinue features at any time without notice.

Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than courts.
• Arbitration shall be conducted by a neutral arbitrator in accordance with applicable arbitration laws.
• The arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis, and not as a class action or collective proceeding.
• Each party shall bear its own costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.
• This clause does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• Subject to the arbitration clause above, any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mangalore, India.
• If local laws require otherwise, users may have rights to bring claims in their country of residence.
